Laura Picking MCIPD

Laura Picking MCIPD has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Laura began their career in 2012 at Arm as a Human Resources (fixed term). Laura then moved to Collabora in 2013 as a People Operations Advisor. In 2015, they took a role as an HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover) at The Cambridge Building Society. In 2016, they joined PA Consulting as an HR Business Advisor. Finally, in 2018, they joined Five AI as a People Operations Manager and was promoted to Senior People Operations Manager before becoming the Head of People.

Laura Picking MCIPD has a comprehensive education history. Laura began their studies in 2009, completing a BA Management at the University of Hull with a field of study in Business Management and achieving a 1st class degree. In 2011, they completed a Level 5 Diploma at the Chartered Management Institute, specializing in Management and Leadership.
