Nicole Papworth

Nicole Papworth has a comprehensive work history in human resources and talent management. Nicole started their career as a Marketing Research Intern at GlobalTech Water in 2006. Later, they held roles such as Casual and Volunteer Teacher at NSW Department of Education, Career Education Consultant at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and Graduate Recruiter at Barclays. Nicole also worked at UBS as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, Accenture as a Technical Programmes Lead, and UTS: University of Technology Sydney as a Career Coach & Learning Designer. Their most recent position was as the Head of Talent & Culture at Akuna Capital, where they led a global team and managed recruitment while doubling the company's size. Currently, they are working as People & Culture Lead at Fivecast.

Nicole Papworth obtained a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Marketing & Sociology from the University of Wollongong. Nicole later pursued a Graduate Diploma of Education at the same university. Currently, they are enrolled in a Masters program in Learning Psychology, Culture & Leadership at the University of Sydney. Nicole has also completed various certifications, including Career Coaching, Counselling, Mental Health First Aid, and others.
