Fábio Victoriano has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Fábio started their career in 2007 as an IT Consultant at SAS, where they provided helpdesk support and managed in-house classrooms. Fábio also administered Windows Server, File and Print Servers, and installed SAS Software for clients. From 2010 to 2014, Fábio worked as a Helpdesk Technician at EMEL, where they handled helpdesk tickets, implemented backup solutions, and managed Active Directory and mail servers. In 2015, Fábio became a System Administrator at Decskill, where they administered Windows Server, Hyper-V, SCCM, DPM, and Exchange Server. Fábio also managed file servers and performed routine backup and recovery tasks. From 2017 to 2019, Fábio worked at Equiniti KYC Solutions as a System Administrator and later as a Technical Support Lead. In these roles, they implemented network and server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Print and File Servers, and Cisco Switches. Fábio also managed HelpDesk operations and documented all proceedings. Currently, Fábio is working as a System Engineer at five°degrees, where their responsibilities are not provided.
