Sjoerd Huizinga

Sjoerd Huizinga has a wealth of work experience. Sjoerd began their career in 2004 as a Quality Manager at MultiRent. In 2006, they moved on to become a Supervisor at Microfix NV. In 2008, they joined Ordina as an Implementation Consultant Investment Giro and also worked as a Migration Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. that same year. In 2009, they worked as a Business Analyst at RBS Markets and International Banking and as a Consultant at Syntel. In 2012, they became a Senior Consultant at Able. In 2015, they became an Information Analyst/Functional Designer at BinckBank and a Product Owner Core Banking and Product Owner - Accounts at five°degrees, where they managed multiple scrum teams who worked on the transaction and payment processing system. Sjoerd also collected input and feedback from stakeholders, customers, the team, and managers, and managed to create a stable product creator and transaction process engine which is connected using their own payment gateway to several international payment processors.

Sjoerd Huizinga obtained their Commercial Technical Business Studies degree from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 2001. Sjoerd also attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2002 to 2004, studying Business Administration. Additionally, they hold certifications in Effectenbedrijf from NIBE-SVV and Prince2 foundation.
