Heidi has a strong background in software quality assurance and release management, with experience in medical registry and biotechnology compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and ISO standards. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, Heidi has a diverse technical skill set and has served in various technical engineering and software analyst roles in different companies.
