Suzanne Chadwick

Suzanne Chadwick has extensive work experience in the field of human factors and user experience. Suzanne is currently working as the Sr. Director of Human Factors at Fivos. Prior to this, they were the Director of User Experience at The SSI Group, Inc. from 2016 to 2021. Suzanne also worked as a Senior Human Factors / Usability Engineer at Surgical Information Systems from 2011 to 2016, where they led the UX team and implemented a User Centered Design process. Suzanne started their career as a Research Associate at SA Technologies, Inc. in 2008 and later worked as a Usability Evaluation and Design Analyst at Sprint Mobile in 2007. Suzanne also has experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Perception and Action Lab and as a Technical Writing Intern at Lockheed Martin Simulation Training and Support.

Suzanne Chadwick completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2006. Suzanne then pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology - Human Factors from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, which they completed in 2008.
