Maksim Sundukov

Maksim Sundukov has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Maksim currently serves as the Director of Engineering at FIXD Automotive, Inc. Maksim previously worked at Winmo as the VP of Technology, where they played a crucial role in implementing a new flagship SaaS platform, improving financial performance, and implementing Scrum for software development. Before that, Maksim held the position of Director of Technology at Winmo, where they led the Product/IT department, made strategic decisions, and created software tools. Maksim also worked as a Lead Software Developer and Software Architect, leading a team of engineers and defining technical strategies. Earlier in their career, Maksim worked as a Software Engineer at Oracle and Vitrue, Inc., and as a Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems. Maksim also held the role of Director of IT at BelRadioPage at OU Bamboo Group, where they were responsible for managing inbound/outbound call center and information services. Maksim'swork experience also includes being a Support Engineer at Beros hosting and a Chief of Support and Helpdesk Department at Streamline VAS & New Media Provider and Mobile & Interactive Marketing Agency.

Maksim Sundukov attended Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2006 to 2010. Maksim pursued a field of study in Software Engineering during their time at the university. In November 2013, Maksim obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
