Doğukan Kaya

Doğukan Kaya is an experienced operations and sales management professional with a strong background in the telecommunications and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operation Management at Fiyuu, one of Turkey's largest fast package delivery services, Doğukan oversees a team managing over 5,000 couriers and ensuring the successful delivery of approximately 150,000 daily orders. Previous positions include Head of Sales Development & Excellence at Turkcell, where responsibilities encompassed customer journey management, strategic initiatives execution, and budget management, as well as roles focused on customer experience design and business development in various companies. Doğukan holds an MBA from Koç University and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
