Torstein Nygård

Torstein Nygård has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Torstein is currently working at Fjord Maritime Norway as a Global Sales Manager, where they are involved in developing and delivering sustainable energy solutions to the aquaculture industry. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sales Marketing Manager at Fjord Maritime and was responsible for promoting Fjord Hybrid, a hybrid system that reduces fuel consumption in fish farms. Torstein has also worked as a Salgs og markedsansvarlig at Fjord Hybrid, where they delivered an automated operational and optimization system for power production in the aquaculture industry.

Before joining Fjord Maritime, Torstein worked at Adecco as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing major contractors in Bergen and surrounding areas. Torstein also worked at BHC CONSTRUCTION as an Account Manager. At NetSave, they worked as the Daglig leder/med gründer, where they played a key role in the development and growth of the company in the IT and finance sector. Torstein also worked briefly at If Skadeforsikring as a Forsikringsrådgiver and at Caveo as a Finansrådgiver. Throughout their career, Torstein has gained experience in sales, marketing, management, and business development.

Torstein Nygård attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2004 to 2007, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
