Tom Herting

Tom Herting has extensive experience in organizational development, leadership, and information technology within the energy and consulting sectors. Since October 2004, Tom has held various leadership positions at Fjordkraft, currently serving as Sikkerhetssjef and previously as HR-sjef. Tom's responsibilities have included overseeing HR, IT operations, procurement, and business development related to ICT and power trading. Prior to Fjordkraft, Tom was an IT director at Vesta Forsikring AS, managing IT for the establishment of Vesta Liv, and held roles in consulting at Cap Gemini and Bergen Data Consulting AS. Tom's educational background includes a degree in business economics from Bedriftsøkonomisk institutt and a Cand.Mag in Informatics and Mathematics from the University of Oslo.
