Ruth Elliot

Ruth Elliot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Since October 2012, Ruth has been a Partner at Fladgate LLP, previously serving as Director of People and Culture and Head of HR and Administration, focusing on the people strategy and administrative support for the firm. Prior to this, Ruth held the position of HR Integration Director at DAC Beachcroft, leading the merger integration and talent strategy for the new firm. Ruth's career began at Davies Arnold Cooper, where as HR Director, responsibilities included developing HR strategy and overseeing secretarial and facilities teams. Experience also includes serving as HR Manager at Entec UK Ltd, providing support across multiple UK offices, and as Area Administration Manager at Boots the Chemist, managing HR administration for a large retail workforce. Ruth holds a DBA and CIPD in Business and Personnel Management from Leeds Beckett University and a degree in Psychology from the University of Warwick.
