Frank L Sorgi

Frank L Sorgi has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 1987. Frank L began their career as an intern at Lederle International. Frank L then moved to Valentis in 1997 as Head of New Delivery Systems. In 1998, they became President & CEO of OPTIME Therapeutics. In 2004, they were Program Director at BioMarin, and in 2006 they became Vice President of Research & Development at DPT Laboratories. In 2011, they moved to Patheon Inc. as Vice President of Global Science & Technology, and in 2013 they became President & CEO of FLAG Therapeutics, Inc. Frank L has also served on the Alumni Board of Governors and the Dean's Advisory Council for the School of Pharmacy at Duquesne University.

Frank L Sorgi completed their education with a High School diploma from Iroquois Central High School in 1982. Frank L then obtained a BS in Pharmacy from Duquesne University in 1987. Following this, they earned an MS/MBA in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Business from Duquesne University in 1990. Finally, they obtained a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997.
