Rachel Hayes

Rachel Hayes currently serves as the Dean of Students at Flagler Schools since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Assistant Director at ACERO Charter Schools Inc. from July 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included master scheduling and performance evaluations. Rachel's experience also encompasses roles as an Instructional Coach & Development Specialist and STEM Instructional Learning Facilitator at Acero Charter Schools and Perspectives Charter Schools, respectively, with a focus on community engagement, professional development, and technology integration. Rachel began a career in education as a Learning Facilitator, first contributing to Perspectives Charter Schools and then to Chicago Public Schools. Rachel holds a Master of Education in Secondary School Administration from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Bushnell University.
