Deena Metz

Deena Metz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Flagship since July 2022. Previously, Deena participated in the Startmate Women Fellowship in 2022 and held the role of Program Manager at Perx Health from April 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing enterprise customers, overseeing stakeholder relationships, and leading multiple people-operations projects. Deena's background encompasses significant positions at ANDHealth, achieving numerous successes in industry development and program management, including securing $19.75 million in funding and producing industry reports. Additionally, experience includes roles at StartUp Health and Better Rehabilitation, with a foundational career starting as a Store Manager at Bailey Nelson and culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy with First Class Honours from Australian Catholic University.
