Jessica Deweerdt

Director, Strategy Execution at Flagship Credit Acceptance

Jessica Deweerdt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica started their career as a Banker II at Citizens Bank in 2009. Jessica then worked as an Accounting Specialist at Ko'olau Community Federal Credit Union from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Loan Representative at Pacific Marine Credit Union.

In 2014, Jessica joined Flagship Credit Acceptance, where they held multiple positions. Jessica started as a Direct Sales Agent before becoming a Direct Operations Training Specialist. Jessica then progressed to the role of Direct Sales Supervisor and later served as a Direct Funding & Sales Manager. Jessica was then promoted to the roles of Sr. Manager, Business Strategy & Sales and Sr. Manager, Operational Strategy & Sales.

In 2018, Jessica took on the role of Director, Client Success, managing partner relationships with financial institutions, banks, credit unions, and dealer groups. Jessica later transitioned to the position of Director, Strategy Execution, where they led discussions on challenges and goals and partnered with senior leaders to develop strategic plans. Jessica also served as a Strategy Execution Process Manager, overseeing the review of business imperatives and leading discussions on improvements. Jessica is currently employed in this role.

Jessica Deweerdt attended Hawaii Pacific University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Prior to that, they attended Siena College from 2008 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study was provided. In addition to their formal education, Jessica also obtained a certification in the AFSA Leadership Development Program at UNC Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School, offered by the American Financial Services Association in August 2022.
