Lori Lando, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a solid educational background in human resource management and business studies. Lori currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at Flagship Credit Acceptance, having previously served as the Human Resources Business Partners Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior roles include Associate Support Supervisor at The Home Depot, Inside Sales Manager at Allegiance T, and VP Sales & Licensing at The Henson Group. Lori’s career began in partner development management at Softmart. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Franklin University and an Associate's degree in Business Studies from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
