Stephanie Pritchard

Stephanie Pritchard is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Assistant Counsel at Carpenter Technology Corporation since January 2023 and as Counsel at Flagship Credit Acceptance since July 2021, Stephanie specializes in tracking regulatory and legislative changes related to consumer lending, managing defensive litigation, and collaborating with outside counsel. Previously, as Staff Counsel at Encore Capital Group, responsibilities included managing a high-volume caseload and preparing cases for litigation. Early career roles included Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Elaine Cheung, LLC, Law Clerk at Mercer County Superior Court, and Legal Intern at The City of Philadelphia Law Department.
