Mitul is responsible for scaling Flagship’s IT infrastructure to meet the geographic challenges of supporting Flagship’s nationwide customer service network, creating a reliable support structure that helps their employees be more efficient and ensures that their network is secure and safe, whether accessed from the desktop or on mobile devices. He enjoys the challenge of building systems that get real-time data into the hands of their employees and customers to enable them to make more informed decisions.
