Wanda Montanez

Wanda Montanez is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in benefits management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Flagship Facility Services, Inc. since October 2022, Wanda previously worked as a Benefits Manager at Caribe Royale Orlando from January 2014 to October 2022, managing benefits for over 500 associates and assisting with staffing, employee relations, payroll, and performance management. Prior to that role, Wanda was the Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive recruiting strategies. Wanda's career began at Harcourt School Publishers as an Accounting Representative, where customer service and accounting expertise were honed. Wanda holds a degree in Accounting from the School of Business Administration at Universidad del Turabo, earned between 1994 and 1997.
