Lauren Kervick

Head of People and Talent at Flagship Management

Lauren Kervick has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lauren started their career as a Project Manager and Technical Collection Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency from February 2015 to January 2018. In this role, they successfully managed a $24M technical development program, recruited and trained 30 personnel, and organized critical conferences.

Before that, Lauren served in various positions in the US Navy from 2010 to 2018. Lauren worked as a Project Manager & Technical Collection Officer, U.S. Forces Korea Military Intelligence Officer, USS Iwo Jima Intelligence Officer & Public Affairs Division Officer, and had various responsibilities in the US Navy OCS, Recruiting Duty, and Training.

In 2018, Lauren joined the ESTEEM Graduate Program at the University of Notre Dame as a Veteran Recruiting Coordinator, where they stayed until May 2020.

Lauren then moved to Flagship Management, where they initially served as a Talent Acquisition Lead from October 2019 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Head of People and Talent. Flagship Management is a healthcare capital equipment service provider specializing in the physical therapy and healthcare industry.

Lauren Kervick obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida State University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Lauren then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in the Security Studies Program at Georgetown University from 2015 to 2017.
