Autumn Richard

Autumn Richard is an accomplished professional with a strong background in strategy, operations, and project management within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Strategy and Operations at Flagship Pioneering since June 2025, Autumn previously held several roles at Generate:Biomedicines, including Senior Manager for Portfolio Management, Scientific Operations Manager, and Project Manager from May 2022 to June 2025. Prior experience includes positions as Project Management Officer and Project Coordinator at TRINITY from July 2019 to May 2022, as well as Brand Program Coordinator at Global Partners LP from May 2015 to July 2019. Autumn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Framingham State University, completed in May 2015.
