Brandon Allen

Brandon Allen is a highly skilled Senior Scientist I in Machine Learning at Flagship Pioneering, with previous experience as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Symbotic, where contributions included developing a recommender system, implementing MLOps infrastructure, and creating health metrics dashboards for autonomous robots. Prior roles include Research Scientist at the Climate Modeling Alliance at MIT, where Brandon developed a global climate model, and Graduate Research Assistant at MIT, leading statistical analyses related to dark matter at the Large Hadron Collider.
