Bryan Hardy

Bryan Hardy is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as Associate Director of Compensation at Flagship Pioneering since March 2022, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Enterprise Compensation. Previously, Bryan worked as a Consultant at Stax from October 2019 to March 2022, focusing on strategy consulting with a specialization in private equity commercial due diligence, sell-side support, and corporate growth strategy. Bryan began the career at Radford, serving from July 2017 to September 2019 as a Senior Associate and Associate in compensation consulting, where responsibilities included developing reports and tailored recommendations for over 40 client accounts annually. Bryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2017.
