Daniel L. Jacobs

Daniel L. Jacobs, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of CMC Operations at Pioneering Medicines and Flagship Pioneering since June 2022. Previously, Daniel held various roles at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd from April 2008 to June 2022, including Director of Product Operations in Strategy & Business Excellence, where oversight of global manufacturing operations strategy and life-cycle management for oncology, rare diseases, and gastrointestinal products was a primary responsibility. Daniel also worked as Associate Director in strategic design for the O&B Network and in operations management within the CMC Center, emphasizing outsourcing strategy and vendor management. Earlier experience includes serving as a paralegal at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Office of the General Counsel from 2001 to 2008. Daniel holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with ongoing executive education at Harvard Business School focusing on leading global businesses.
