Dean Potenza

Dean Potenza is an experienced professional in total rewards and executive compensation, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Flagship Pioneering since February 2021. Prior roles at Flagship Pioneering include Senior Director and Director of Total Rewards and Compensation. Previously, Dean worked at Radford Data & Analytics from May 2015 to January 2021, holding positions ranging from Senior Consultant to Associate Compensation Consultant in executive compensation. Dean began a career at Deloitte as an ERS Consultant before gaining extensive experience in compensation roles. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Babson College and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Managerial Leadership at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from March 2022 to July 2024.
