Chalina Acosta

Chalina Acosta has over 20 years of experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently, Chalina serves as Vice President of Total Rewards and Vice President of HR Operations at Selective Insurance, holding various leadership roles since August 2008. Prior to this, Chalina worked as a Corporate HR Generalist at Realogy Corporation from June 2006 to August 2008, and held a recruiting position at Atlantic Health from October 2001 to June 2006. Chalina began a career in HR as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator at Redi-Mail Direct Marketing, followed by a role as a Recruiter. Chalina earned a degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University between 1995 and 1999.
