Elaine Demers is an experienced professional in employee experience and organizational culture, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience & Culture Enablement at Flagship Pioneering since November 2024. Prior to this role, Elaine held the position of Director of Employee Engagement at Bright Horizons from February 2024 to November 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Director of People Experience, Sr. Manager of Employee Experience & Engagement, and Employee & Customer Experience Consultant at Medallia from May 2020 to February 2024. Elaine holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Development and Management from Arizona State University.
