Gregory Bokar

Gregory Bokar has extensive legal experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer for Growth Companies at Flagship Pioneering, Gregory previously held senior roles at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc., where the title was Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, at Elan Pharmaceuticals, Gregory functioned as General Counsel for the US and Chief Legal Officer, as well as Vice President Legal and Senior Director. Additional experience includes serving as Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at AAIPharma Services Corp. and as Senior Attorney at Argonne National Laboratory.
