Marine Hatit

Marine Hatit serves as the Assistant Director and Head of Chemistry and LNP at Flagship Pioneering since November 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager and Head of LNP Discovery at Prime Medicine, Inc., leading the development of non-viral delivery systems for cystic fibrosis and creating a high-throughput in vivo LNP screening platform. Marine's career began with research roles at Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on LNP delivery systems, and various academic positions in Medicinal Chemistry and Organic Chemistry across institutions in France and the USA. Marine holds a PhD in Chemical Biology from the University of Strathclyde and multiple degrees in chemistry from prestigious universities.
