Mary Jacobs

Mary Jacobs is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Associate Director and Talent Acquisition Lead at Flagship Pioneering since April 2021. In this role, Mary is responsible for recruiting and acquiring top talent for various organizations within the Flagship Pioneering ecosystem. Prior to this, Mary held the position of Team Lead - Scientific/Clinical Research at Proclinical Staffing, where leadership of a team of consultants focused on delivering talent to R&D, Preclinical, and Clinical markets was paramount. Mary began their career at the University of Pittsburgh as a Research Associate in a behavioral neuroscience lab, contributing to investigations on nicotine self-administration in rats. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, with minors in Chemistry and Sociology.
