Rachel Cammarata

Rachel Cammarata is a seasoned professional in research and executive search operations, currently serving as the Head of Research & Executive Search Operations at Flagship Pioneering. Previously, Rachel held multiple roles at The Stevenson Group, including Vice President of Search Operations, Director of Research, and Research Manager. Additionally, experience as a Resourcing Consultant was gained at Sharpstream Life Sciences. Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Temple University, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2012. Prior education was completed at Central High School from 2004 to 2008.
