Megan Peters

Megan Peters is currently the Assistant General Manager at Flagship Restaurant Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at Blue Sushi Sake Grill, starting as a Server and working their way up to Bartender and Shift Manager. Megan also has experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky and as an ORISE Undergraduate Intern/Researcher at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
