Chris Dooley

Chris Dooley is an accomplished technology executive with a strong background in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as CIO - Mortgage at Flagstar Bank since March 2022, Chris previously held roles such as Senior Director - Consumer Lending IT at Fifth Third Bank and Portfolio Manager for both Home Lending IT and Corporate Lending IT at KeyBank. With experience as Chief Technology Officer at Traq 3D, Chris led IT infrastructure and product development initiatives. Additionally, Chris owned Mirage Computers, Inc., where complex business applications were developed, and managed vendor relations. Chris was also instrumental in establishing the technology strategy at Proximity Marketing, where a new datacenter was designed and industry-leading email marketing platforms were developed. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
