Jennifer Jacques has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and project management. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President, HR Project Manager Sr at New York Community Bank since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Vice President and HR Project Manager Sr, where they managed significant projects such as the deployment of an electronic total reward statement and a new benefits enrollment site.

Before joining New York Community Bank, Jennifer worked at Allied Physicians Group as a Human Resources Generalist, where they played a crucial role in establishing a new HR department for an employee population of over 550 in the healthcare industry. Jennifer ensured the effective administration and compliance of all policies and procedures.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer served as a Business Manager for University Relations at Hofstra University, managing multiple projects and a budget of over $6 million. Jennifer also gained valuable experience as a Senior Executive Secretary and provided administrative support, managed data integrity, and supervised student aids within the department.

Additionally, Jennifer has been involved with SHRM-LI (Society for Human Resource Management, Long Island Chapter) as a Membership Co-Chair, where they contributed to the professional development and growth of the organization.

Jennifer's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR project management, strategic planning, team leadership, and process improvement. Jennifer holds several certifications, including SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and PMP, as well as an MBA degree.

Jennifer Jacques has a strong educational background in business and human resources. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Hofstra University in 2009. Jennifer continued their education at Hofstra University and earned both a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, Jennifer has earned several certifications in the HR field, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HRCI. Jennifer also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
