Stefanie Block

Stefanie Block currently serves as the Transformation Leader at Flagstar Bank, focusing on strategic transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Previously, Stefanie held the position of Head of Product Commercialization at Stax, leading a cross-functional team to drive product adoption and partner retention. At Truist, Stefanie was the Business Optimization Lead for the Corporate & Institutional Group, overseeing a significant merger project impacting multiple lines of business. Stefanie's earlier roles include Strategic Program Specialist and Relationship Manager at SunTrust, Area Sales Manager at Dillard's Inc., and Small Business Banker at Fifth Third Bank. Additionally, Stefanie has been active in community service, serving on the Board of Directors for the African American Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Education includes a Graduate Degree in Banking/Financial Services from The Graduate School of Banking at LSU, a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, and an Associate's in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College.
