Angelo Losurdo has a diverse background in quality assurance and food safety management. Angelo has held senior leadership positions in multiple companies, including Flagstone Foods and Ann's House of Nuts. At Flagstone Foods, they served as the Vice President of Quality & Quality Systems, overseeing the management of quality and food safety programs in multiple manufacturing facilities. Angelo achieved top scores for global food safety initiatives and ensured compliance with SOX regulations. At Ann's House of Nuts, Angelo successfully developed and implemented policies and procedures to facilitate the transition to private equity ownership. Angelo obtained Total Quality Management (TQM) and focused on food safety to support growth and maintain quality. Angelo's prior experience includes serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Georgia Nut Company, where they led quality programs and addressed customer complaints. Angelo also worked as the Laboratory Director at Seedburo Equipment Company, where they led the grains, oilseeds, and special commodity division and developed technical and quality assurance procedures.
Angelo Losurdo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Angelo also holds certifications in Food Defense, GFSI Practitioner, and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP).
