Elaine Lohse

Elaine Lohse has over 20 years of diverse work experience in marketing and consulting roles. Elaine currently serves as the Senior Director of Marketing at Flagstone Foods since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Freudenberg Household Products from November 2018 to May 2023, holding positions as the Brand and Omni-Channel Marketing Director for the US & Canada, as well as Marketing Director. In 2018, they briefly worked as an Independent Marketing Consultant at Lohse Consulting.

From 2014 to 2018, Elaine worked at Fellowes Brands, where they held the position of Global Brand Strategy Lead, responsible for spearheading consumer marketing planning and managing global digital and consumer engagement strategy. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Brand Manager at ConAgra Foods from November 2011 to July 2014 and as an Associate Brand Manager at Sara Lee from February 2008 to November 2011. Elaine also has experience as a Regional Sales Manager at Bemis Company from October 2005 to January 2008. Elaine began their career as an Engineer at DuPont from August 1998 to July 2002. Overall, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in marketing and strategic planning to various organizations.

Elaine Lohse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Elaine also pursued an MBA in Marketing & Strategy at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2005 to 2008.
