Roger Garrett

Roger Garrett is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in automation and technical engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Automation Engineering at Flagstone Foods since April 2023, Roger previously held senior positions, including Senior Director of Design and Technical Engineering at Mount Franklin Foods and Sr. Director of Automation at J.B. Poindexter & Co, Inc. With a solid foundation in project management and engineering integration, Roger's career spans roles at Medivators and Alcon, where responsibilities included automation engineering, product release, and quality assurance. Notably, Roger managed a key medical automation project that launched the INFINITI® fluid management system, recognized as the world's number one cataract consumable. Roger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Science and Technology from Marshall University between 2005 and 2009.
