You’re a Senior Onboarding Executive, ideally with 3+ years’ experience in a fintech/financial service environment, who’s excited to forge a new way to save. 

What you’ll do: 

As a Senior Onboarding Executive in our Flagstone International team in Jersey (CI), you will provide efficient day to day management of onboarding queries and effectively process Flagstone’s onboarding applications to ensure timely execution and a high level of accuracy. 

Your responsibilities will include contributing to the successful first line execution of Flagstone’s customer onboarding process as well as implementing/maintaining efficient and operational technical tools, removing obstacles when they arise. You will also contribute to the implementation and management of the overall successful onboarding experience within Flagstone as well as managing customer and partner queries and resolving challenges across the team. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Previous experience working as an Onboarding Executive within a Fintech/financial services environment. 
  • Working knowledge in AML/KYC - customer and enhanced due diligence, sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and Financial Crime related screening. 
  • Familiarity with background and identification screening tools such as Comply Advantage, World-Check, GBG or similar. 
  • ICA Qualification in AML/KYC or equivalent work experience. 
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills. 
  • Experience in managing bespoke high net worth relationships would be advantageous. 
  • Experience of utilising and optimising CRM/Workflow management systems would be advantageous.
