Kelly Stevens

Kelly Stevens has a strong background in the insurance and financial services industry. Kelly currently works as a Customer Success Lead at FLAIM Systems since August 2022. Prior to that, they held Distribution Strategy Manager roles at Resolution Life from July 2020 to July 2022 and at AMP from February 2019 to June 2020. At AMP, they provided strategy support, training, and competitor analysis to the Insurance Distribution Team, represented the "voice of insurance distribution" in business projects, and developed presentations on key insurance initiatives. Before that, Kelly worked at AXA and Zurich Financial Services Australia as a Business Development Officer from April 2007 to April 2010 and from June 2005 to April 2007, respectively. Kelly started their career at Fortitude Financial Consultants as an Associate Consultant from June 2002 to April 2005.

Kelly Stevens obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from La Trobe University, which they completed from 1991 to 1994. Kelly also pursued a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) from Kaplan Professional, although the specific duration of this program is unknown. In addition, Kelly obtained a certification in Human Centred Design Practitioner Program from Credly in December 2015.
