Innovation and Product Development Manager at FLAIM Systems

Ned Searle began their work experience in 2012 as an Electronic Systems Technician in the Australian Army. Ned then moved on to become a Maintenance Planner/Workgroup Supervisor, where they managed a team and contributed to the development and maintenance of communication systems and equipment. In 2018, Ned joined FLAIM Systems as a Hardware and Production (Operations) Manager, responsible for transitioning the company's technology from prototype to production. Ned successfully finalized product designs, sourced suppliers, and developed quality management and customer management systems. Due to their success, they were promoted to Experience Development Manager, overseeing the development of new systems and managing ISO 9001 accreditation and factory setup. Most recently, Ned holds the position of Innovation and Product Development Manager, where they are involved in developing TRL-1 ideas and bringing them to market readiness.

Ned Searle attended Christian College Geelong from 2005 to 2010, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications from Scientific Management Associates in June 2015, followed by a Certificate IV in Electronics and Communications from the same institution. Finally, they obtained several certifications from Asset College (RTO 31718) in December 2019, including an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, a Certificate IV in Business, a Certificate IV in Human Resources, a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, and a Diploma of Project Management.
