Richard L. Williams

Richard L. Williams has a strong background in human resources and labour relations. Richard L. most recently held the role of Vice President Human Resources at Flair Airlines, where they were responsible for overseeing human resources activities. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company. Before joining Flair Airlines, Williams worked at ATCO Group as the Senior Manager Labour Relations, where they led the Employee and Labour Relations Centre of Excellence and provided guidance to the Labour Relations team. Richard L. also has experience in the energy industry, having worked at Capital Power Corporation in various HR leadership roles, including Senior Manager, HR Business Partners and Labour Relations, and Senior Manager, Human Resources - Field Operations. Williams began their career at EPCOR, where they gained experience as a Human Resources/Labour Relations Consultant and as a Masters Intern.

Richard L. Williams has a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Alberta, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. Richard L. also holds an MBA from the same university, which they earned from 2000 to 2004.
