Robert (Bob) Jones, P. Eng., EMBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Robert (Bob) is currently the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Flair Airlines, where they lead all major projects and oversees process design and implementation functions. Bob is proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as SmartSheet, Microsoft Teams, MS Project, Basecamp, JIRA, Slack, and Google Docs.

Prior to their current role, Bob was the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at NewLeaf Travel Company Inc., where they played a key role in creating Canada's first ULCC scheduled airline. Robert (Bob) led their IT team in deploying the InteliSys Aviation Online Reservations & Passenger Support System, enabling efficient bookings and ancillaries for over 320,000 passengers.

Bob has also held leadership positions at ArCompany, Breken Group of Companies Incorporated, AT&T Canada / Allstream, and Bell Canada. In these roles, they showcased their expertise in sales, marketing, product management, and business development.

With a strong background in sales, Bob started their career at Haljon Controls Inc. in a sales role. Robert (Bob) later transitioned to Bell Canada, where they held the position of VP National Accounts Sales / Special Projects.

Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated their ability to deliver results and drive business growth.

Bob Jones attended the University of Waterloo from 1973 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Systems Design Engineering. Robert (Bob) further pursued their education at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business. Additionally, Bob Jones holds a certification from the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).
