The Management and Planning team at Flair Airlines is responsible for strategic oversight and coordination to ensure operational efficiency and excellence. This includes optimizing revenue through effective network planning, overseeing project management, maintaining aircraft, ensuring workplace health and safety, enhancing crew performance, upholding inflight service standards, managing office and facilities, scheduling crew shifts, executing strategic programmes, and reporting financial performance. Together, they drive initiatives to provide affordable, reliable, and pleasant air travel experiences for all passengers.
