Michael Chen

Michael Chen, MS in SCM, has over 20 years of experience in the supply chain and operations field. Michael began their career in 1999 as a Project Manager at Delta Electronics (Consumer Electronics). In 2001, they became a Key Account Manager at Delta Electronics (Americas) (Consumer Electronics). In 2004, they moved to Flex as a Sr. Manager and Manager of the Project Management Team (Consumer Electronics). In 2008, they were appointed Purchasing Manager at Eltek AS (Telecom & Data Center). In 2015, they became Supply Chain Manager at Delta Electronics (Americas) (Telecom & Data Center). In 2021, they were promoted to Sr. Supply Chain Manager, Procurement at Klein Tools. Most recently, they were appointed Head of Supply Chain & Operations at Flair Systems in 2022.

Michael Chen holds a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Art in Economics and International Business from the University of California, Los Angeles.
