Jim L. Borcz

PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST at Flairsoft

Jim L. Borcz began their work experience in 1979 as a Software Development Engineer at Allen-Bradley (now Rockwell Automation). In 1981, they transitioned to Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems Corporation as an Electrical Engineer, where they developed anti-skid/brake-by-wire systems for aircraft. Jim then joined ADB SAFEGATE in 1996, assuming roles such as Senior Applications Engineer and Quality Engineer. Jim L. worked on approximately 40 projects annually, installing and configuring them, while also providing input on project proposal budgets. From 2018, Jim joined Flairsoft as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, leading project phases and system requirements gathering processes. Jim L. continuously watched for and resolved risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Overall, Jim has gained extensive experience in project management, applications engineering, and electrical engineering over their career.

Jim L. Borcz has a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering Technology from the Ohio Institute of Technology (DeVry). Jim L. has also taken computer and programming courses at Columbus State Community College. Additionally, they have studied Business Accounting, Economics, and Novell Networking at The University of Akron. Jim L. Borcz has additional certifications as a Certified Siemens Project Manager (PM3) and an ISO 9000 Quality Auditor.
