Alex Ouziel is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the spirits and food industries. As the Founder of KALIRO SPIRITS since 2019, Alex leads a team focused on creating innovative premium brands, challenging traditional approaches in the market. In addition, Alex serves as CEO of Fiol Prosecco and a Board Member at Flamagas. Alex's prior experience at Bacardi spanned nearly a decade, culminating in the role of President for the Asia, Middle East & Africa region, while also leading business operations in Eastern Europe and managing significant growth during economic challenges. Previously, Alex held key positions at JTI and Gallaher Plc, driving marketing strategies and turning around businesses across multiple regions. Alex holds degrees from Durham University, IESE Business School, and completed the Emilio Bacardi Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
