Matt Marsiglio

Matt Marsiglio serves as the Operations Manager at Flame Heating, Cooling and Electrical since December 2011. In addition, Marsiglio has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Macomb Community College since August 2006, instructing students in both basic and advanced air conditioning operations through lectures and hands-on lab sessions. Prior to these roles, Marsiglio worked as a Service Manager at Flame Furnace from May 2005 to November 2011. Marsiglio holds two Associate's degrees from Macomb Community College, one in Climate Control Technology and another in General Studies, both earned between 1987 and 1991.
