Helen Harper, CPA, has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting at Flanders Corporation since November 2010, Helen has previously held the position of Experienced Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from December 2000 to June 2010, where the client portfolio included Fortune 100 companies as well as mid-size and small privately-held companies across various industries such as Energy, Manufacturing, Technology, and Insurance. Helen holds a Master of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in English from the same institution.
