Larry Smotroff

Larry Smotroff has a wealth of experience in the nonprofit and education sectors, having held various leadership roles such as Dean of Workforce Development, Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, and Grants Specialist. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at Flanders Nature Center & Land Trust, Larry is actively involved in strategic planning, sustainable energy initiatives, and grant development. With a strong background in community engagement, workforce development, and organizational learning, Larry brings a diverse set of skills to the table. Larry's educational background includes a Ph.D. and M.A. in Adult Learning and Communication Research from the University of Connecticut, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
